"Clean and modern rooms, very comfortable beds and clean linens. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. We attempted to use the pool which looked clean, but a kids sports team filled the area all day, making it hard for adults to use it. "Requested upgrade and was granted w/minimal charge. No availability for late checkout even if you’re an elite member. Only needed 1 hour until 1pm.
