“I loved the area and the place was clean. The management company was not helpful and no one knew about the parking. They kept telling us the parking space was 4-R, to go out and look for the space. We continued to tell them they were 4 numbers for street parking. After 11 threads of email without help from them, it turns out 4-R is the area and parking in from was good (along with registering my car and license - that Vacasa did).I spent too much time emailing the first day of arrival! Not cool……

“Upon arriving the directions given were for a security guard to let you into the hotel but when we got there and talked to the guard they looked at us like we were crazy and made the check in process a bit worrisome. Once we got in the unit there was a couple things broken such as handles for outside patios (multiple doors had broken handles going in and out), there was a missing fob to gain access to the unit which did make it difficult for us a with 4 adults and 2 kids. Finally the biggest……
