“It was perfect for overnight to cruise ship. The city is walkable with an excellent city pass for sites. The mosaics are wonderful in the city. Make sure you know how to walk thru the train station to get on the right side of the street. You do not need to walk all the way around the station, the hotel is on the opposite side of the city center.”

“Hotel carino comodo per chi viaggia per la vicinanza della stazione ma anche per la vicinanza al centro città. Prezzi più o meno nella media, anche se per 65€ senza colazione mi sembra un po' tantino.”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”
