Peaceful, modernized 2-bedroom home, centrally located, sleeps 4 comfortably with room for 5th on the couch.

Come relax and explore all the U.P. has to offer. This clean 2-bedroom home offers a retreat for a family or a group of friends.

Nearby you will find beaches, Fayette State Park , Kitch-itikipi (Big Springs), the Kipling and Rapid River boat launches, fishing, Pictured Rocks (Munising), Marquette, Fall Color Tours, and much more U.P. sight seeing.
The space
This cottage is centrally located with easy access to many U.P. destinations. There are boat launches in the surrounding area only located within a few miles of this location. This cottage is also located near popular ice fishing areas on Little Bay De Noc.

This cottage has a large U shaped driveway with plenty of space to park boats, ice fishing equipment/shanty, four wheelers and side by sides. There is easy access when pulling trailers with no need to ever back in or out. Multiple vehicles can also be parked here during your stay.

Perfect stay
We were in the area for a golf outing and then a few days in the bay with friends. This adorable rental was perfect. Wooded setting, but close to thr golf course and necessities. The house was clean, and had everything we needed and then some. The owner was so easy to communicate with and checked in on us via the VRBO app to make sure all was well. Check in and out were simple. Teo adult couples for 3 days, space was great. Bathroom is small, but clean and suits your needs. Would highly recommend and search out to stay again.

Nice little spot with quiet surroundings. Quick access to the highway roads to get you where you need to be. Would definitely stay here again! Very basic place with all the essentials. Nothing to complain about!

Great Northern Adventure
11 hour drive to see a friend that moved up in the winter. Property was exactly what we were looking for secluded but close to everything. We will be back up next year and hope to stay again .
