“The rooms at Brisa were very clean. The staff was very nice and answered any questions we had. I was curious why we were given an upstairs room (my mother is 75) when there were few people staying at the hotel and the other was available directly below us. My only complaint was about the distance of the hotel from the water. It's no short walk down to the beach, compared to other properties. ”

“The listing for this property was incorrect. What we thought we were getting was 3 queen beds with 2 bathrooms. Instead, we got 2 adjoining units that had 1 queen bed each, a pull-out sofa, & 3 bathrooms. Each unit had its own kitchen. When we arrived, the door between our rooms was locked so we had to go out to the porch & into the other unit to be with our friends. This wouldn't have been an issue, except when we left our room, the door locked & the automatic keypad stopped working (the……
