It's stated that there is a gate that you will need to download an app (Next) to allow entry to the property - We arrived to an open gate, an open garage and an unlocked, unsecured home. 2. It's stated that there are horses and a duck pond on the property. - An hour before arrival you will get a text that the farm next door is not part of their property. No horses were seen on the property. 3. We were allowed to book this home for 11……

“This home was nice and spacious and was a good place for our friends to get together. Plenty of beds and parking. Called the number listed for questions and was answered right away with answer to my question. In the middle of the summer this home can get very warm, especially upstairs. Nice pool and cabana area. Thanks!”

“The property starts with a beautiful drive through trees. Each cabin is secluded and our cabin was lovely. We were across from the rec room and the pool. We played a game of pool in the rec room and took a swim. We were unsure of the pool hours, but we still enjoyed our time. ”

“The house is gorgeous, and sets very close to the dock. Fire pit, old school playground, kayaks, and a lighted fishing dock - what more do you need?!?! Very quiet and quaint - loved the eclectic decorations. Would definitely recommend!”

“My family stayed at this house to attend a wedding nearby. The location was serene. The property itself is poorly maintained, with trash and tools strewn about the yard. The horses in adjacent pasture showed physical signs of neglect (one had a festering wound behind the ear, from a bridle that was ill fitted, put on wrong, and clearly left on the animal for far too long). The house itself was nice enough, and clean enough, but by no means spotless. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen……

“Adorable clean cottage. Well stocked and comfortable. Lots of friendly animals- alpaca, emu, goats, ducks, chickens and a beautiful Tom turkey who follows you everywhere with his feathers fluffed. Owners are very friendly and give a very informative tour. Very quiet and peaceful with bright stars. ”

“We enjoyed the house and the next door neighbor was a sweet old man. The trash bin was full (no biggie I took it out). My only suggestion is there needs to be a full length mirror put up somewhere in the house. Thank you.”
