“Amazing ranch. Cake into town for a wedding in McKinney and not a bad short drive away. It did rain quite a bit so heed the warning on the dirt road- it was quite muddy. Upon arrival for check in at 4 the crew was still cleaning. We just packed up and ran to the grocery store, but had hoped with the later check in time we could have dropped our bags first. The property manager was very attentive and brought more propane as requested. All in all, beautiful home, exactly what we needed to escape……

“My family stayed at this house to attend a wedding nearby. The location was serene. The property itself is poorly maintained, with trash and tools strewn about the yard. The horses in adjacent pasture showed physical signs of neglect (one had a festering wound behind the ear, from a bridle that was ill fitted, put on wrong, and clearly left on the animal for far too long).
