“We were in need of an extended (8 days) stay as we were between the sale(old home) and purchase (new home) of houses. Matt and Miranda were so engaging and hospitable. Communication was fantastic. We had all the amenities to cook and conduct life as normal as possible. ”

Property was clean and well maintained and just perfect for a quick getaway for 2 within walking distance of the town center and beach with a private dock just down the yard. Sonja was a great host and responded quickly to messages with clear communication and details to answer all questions!”

“We had a very good experience with this rental. Parking was easy. Great well stocked kitchen for those who love to cook and we do a lot of cooking. Neighborhood offers a lot of shopping, restaurants and other things to see. Everything is easily walkable with the skyway entrance just 2 1/2 blocks away. Communication with the hosts was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended this space for a longer stay.”

“great facility! very clean. Being old folks maybe we werent as hip to accessing the property as others might be. So a bit more specific info on access and door locks would have been helpful. There also was an issue on day 1 accessing the parking garage, but management eventually fixed it. Loved the interior design and use of space.”
