Though the bed was made, the water glasses supplied had been used--they had water in them and clear lip prints on the edges--and there was mold/scum growing in the shower in multiple places, as well as brown/orange spots of unknown providence on the bathroom walls (which rubbed off easily with a damp towel). I called the front desk about the dirty glasses, and the employee there apologized and delivered me two bottles of water--but did not offer to remove the dirty glasses, or replace them at any point with new glasses. I ended up placing them in the hallway, and they were eventually picked up, but still never replaced. When I mentioned these complaints at checkout, I was given a new Hyatt rewards account and 2,500 points in compensation.
