「No AC after being charged almost 5 star rates per night. Even though property is well maintained the absence of AC’s makes it a deal breaker and lack of 24x7 room service. Maybe good for old couples who want to go there and sleep only.」

「The hotel was overbooked but the Manager of the Hotel Joseph contacted us in advance to inform about the situation and offered to book us in at a Home stay. Since we were going only for the weekend, I accepted the offer. The rooms at Home stay were spacious with a good view. For all the trouble Joseph offered us a comp fire place which we enjoyed as it gets cold over night in Coorg. 「The property is quite close to the city and hence makes it very easy for dinning, shopping and viewing various spots. On the downside I felt the sheets are not clean with lots of stains. Though the breakfast is good, they make you feel like you are eating a lot and we haven't paid for it and question to make us feel guilty, was a bit embarrassing. Parking is not easy, they will keep calling at way too unusual hours like 11pm to move the car as they don't have enough space.」

「While booking hotel room it very clearly said hotel will provide 2 water bottles and hot water . However, after check-in nothing like water bottles when initially asked was denied and then after complaining next day 2 bottles were provided. Hot water is not 24hrs so we had to wait for hot water. Rooms and hotel actual state and picture provided at time of booking is just opposite. I don’t recommend this to any people traveling with family or friends 」
