Carriage House with Boat Ramp & Dock

This Private 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is situated on the beautiful Peaceful Coosa River. Enjoying the river is easy when you have your very own boat dock with boat access. There is plenty of parking for everyone and the trailer. Kayaks are available to use as well . There is a huge garage area for storage needs . Please keep in mind this home may not be suitable for small children. THERE ARE THREE FLIGHTS OF STRAIRS TO ENTER THE HOME.

Stay With A View
We found the listing description was accurate. We did not use the washer and dryer, but the property had a nice laundry room. The house is convenient to a Publix grocery store. Parking garage for 1 vehicle. Two smaller decks that you may enjoy with nice views Storage was amazing if one needed to store suitcases etc during your stay. Seating arrangement was very inviting for conversation. We would recommend the property,

Amazing Lake House Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at the lakefront Carriage House. The house was very clean. Check in was smooth and simple. The property manager was amazing: she responded promptly and was very friendly. This location is beautiful and in a peaceful neighborhood.
