The property was very unique and in the historic district. The staff was excellent. The bed was uncomfortable, the refrigerator did not work, and we had to fix the shower head so we could shower. Breakfast was so-so. However, all in all it was a very unique and good experience.

Leider gab es einen Totalausfall von Licht und Wasser. Die ganze Nacht lief ein Notstromgenerator mit extremer Lautstärke, der uns nicht schlafen ließ. Wir bekamen dann ein anderes, sehr scönes Zimmer, das weit weg vom Generator war und konnten dann in der nächsten Nacht schlafen. Leider auch das nicht ohne Störungen. Irgendjemand lif in der Nacht im Gang immerwieder vorbei. Der alte Dielenboden ließ uns daran teilhaben, was vom automatischen Licht begleitet wurde, da es keine lichtdichten Vorhänge an der Zimmertür gab.

The only thing I liked was the friendly staff, other than that, it's dirty, no real cleaning, noisy floors, noisy bed, Ifelt like I was sleeping on the floor because the bed was so hard. The only thing the cleaning person does is the bed and takes ot the trash. I would came to find the towels in the same place I had left them, even the bathroom mat was the same as I had left it. Every noise is heard at all tnies because of the wooden floors and bed. The breakfast is extremely limited and if you want to have lunch or dinner you'll have to go elsewhere. In conclusion, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience wich left me sleepless and in pain all over. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, not eve out of spite

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was close to everything we needed, The staff were all friendly and very helpful, breakfast was great, and We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. We have stayed there twice already and if I were going back to Quito, I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it!

Very clean. The staff was not able to answer all questions but they tried their best. Breakfast was small and delivered to your seat(e.g. one bread roll, one fried egg, small bowl of fruits)

All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. All of my needs were met. They went above and beyond. Breakfast was fresh and delicious everyday. The staff arranged for taxi’s and guided me to restaurants. Simply outstanding and I look forward to a return visit.
