“This was our second time staying at Bob and Terri’s cozy home atop the hill and it was just as amazing as the first stay. It was a quick trip for us but was comforting knowing exactly what our stay would be like and that everything we could need to have a comfortable stay was already in place. The hosts even treated us to Lancaster made whoopie pies, special homemade breads and granola bars. It even smelled so clean and welcoming when we walked in and there were vacuuming lines on the carpets……

“This place is like being in your own home. Big living areas where you dont feel cramped by space. Has a welcome home feeling even though it is not your own home. Plenty to see and do in the area, but our main reason for selecting this area is family lives close by place ”

“We decided to rent this place as a surprise get away for husbands bday, house nicely restored, wood fllors charming but they do creek and in some places are missing, bed comfy, kitchen well appointed, towels soft, couch is ok, TV’s are good, easy door access. Hosts fast responders. We were initially intimidated by the neighborhood, worried about car safety was reassured by hosts it is safe. Opted to use close by parking garage which was convenient. It was really loud friday nite lots of sorrding……

“We absolutely LOVED staying here! It was quiet and clean, and the host was very kind and responsive. The best part was Ranger, the cutest dog ever! We also enjoyed going on walks around the farm to look at the horses, chickens, turkeys, and sheep. We hope to come back next year! It was truly the perfect getaway. ”

“This was our third time staying here since January of this year to attend volleyball tournaments at Spooky Nook. It was exactly what we needed. Three athletes and the moms. Much better than staying in a hotel. Space to spread out, a full kitchen to prepare meals to have instead of eating out the whole weekend, definitely more economical to split with three families than individually each staying at hotels for multiple nights. Host was easy to get a hold of and very responsive.”

“We didn’t realize there was no tv in the house. It was no problem, but it would be nice to have seen some news in the morning. Super nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Lots of coffee available and creamers and sugar! I’d stay there again!”

“I reserved this property for my family. My aunt had recently passed away and we were traveling from Georgia to attend her services. My Dad is 80 years old and having bedrooms on the main floor was a necessity for him. The house was spacious and accommodated 6 adults with ease. The home is conveniently located near grocery stores, gas stations and is an easy drive to the Harrisburg airport. ”
