About a 7-minute drive from the Queenstown city center is this wonderful hotel. We stayed in a room with queen bunk beds. The walls were made of concrete and tiled cork, which meant that sound was absorbed. The bathroom was functional, and the room included tea and coffee facilities, a kettle, a heater, and a bar fridge. Surprisingly, there was no television. Guest Wi-Fi was a bit slow during peak times, which means that if you are watching streaming services, you can expect buffering or delays. Thick insulated curtains kept the room warm. There was an onsite restaurant, and we had no issues finding parking spots. There were also free water refills at reception. Sherwood Queenstown is the ideal place with wonderful mountain views.
