“The WORSE staying experience I have ever had. Never experienced such bad service, not to mention the the refrigerator was broken, and there were bundle of long hair under the bed. the price does not worth the quality AT ALL. And I need to share the following experience if anyone plan to store the stuff or luggage at the concierge; 1. We requested the airport pick by email, but there is no one reply, it seems that no one check the mail box 2. We left 2 package to our friends at the concierge,……

“The Rixos Gulf Hotel is absolutely magnificent. From our arrival to our departure we experienced high quality service. The staff at the reception desk are welcoming and always ready to help even when we checked in late at night. The rooms are quite spacious with tv, iron, safe and coffe/tea facilities. “Strongly recommended. The staff for airport shuttle to the hotel was easy to find. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The view of my room was great. Facilities, e.g. gym and swimming pool are great. One issue is that the pavement near the hotel was under construction due to works of nearby hotels to be built. I think there will won’t be a problem after the hotels are completed. ”
