“What an amazing experience staying here. I stayed for 12 nights and from start to finish it was such a joyful, relaxing and stressfree experience. The staff at this Raddison i must say were exceptional. The best I have come across in my many years of travelling. I'd like to mention just a few, Desilva, Udaya, Gopal, Ratish, Ujeb, Schini, Mitra, Sumon and many many more. Rooms were cleaned, spacious and smelt fresh with working air conditioning and a fridge. Never experienced such bad service, not to mention the the refrigerator was broken, and there were bundle of long hair under the bed. the price does not worth the quality AT ALL. And I need to share the following experience if anyone plan to store the stuff or luggage at the concierge; 1. “I stayed here in January/February and wrote a five star review. I chose to return on the basis of my experience, this time with my husband! I was in regular contact with the hotel in the run up to the holiday which made our poor check in experience very disappointing. We were not assigned to the type of room we had booked. “Strongly recommended. The staff for airport shuttle to the hotel was easy to find. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The view of my room was great. Facilities, e.g. gym and swimming pool are great. One issue is that the pavement near the hotel was under construction due to works of nearby hotels to be built. I think there will won’t be a problem after the hotels are completed. ”
