“I’ve already submitted a long comment to the Evolve Group who manages this property. This large cabin was the perfect long weekend stay for our family. We as grandparents hosted our 3 girls, 11 grandchildren (25-6 year olds) and 2 great grands(2-3 year olds) the open plan kitchen, dining living area great for meals. “My family and I had a great time on our long weekend trip. The cabin is clean and well stocked with non perishables that we needed. There were frequently deer in the clearing outside the cabin and the two dog leads outside the cabin were great to let our dog get out some energy. My only complaint about the location is that the lake is really not accessible; you can see it but it gets muddy as you try and get close to the water so there is no easy lake access on foot.”

“we had a wonderful visit. everyone was very friendly and the resort had a good vibe. You could tell the couple that run this place, enjoy their job and made us feel welcome. When we arrived there was pork butts slow roasting in the smoker and a nice fire in the fire pit. They were catering to a group of hunters and showing them a good time. “We booked this for the weekend of Sept 29-Oct 1, 2023 to see our son who is attending Murray State. The property was well kept up and very clean. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The pictures and description of the Tiny House (as they called it) were true and accurate. The pool was very clean and it was located right across from us but we did not get to use it. They have everything you would need to just stay for a quiet weekend get away. The view from the deck was a beautiful view……
