“We stayed at this property in June-July with our family (two daughters 10 and 12). We found the property very well equipped to our needs and to be a great location close to all the attractions that the Hunter-Windham area has to offer. The hosts were extremely responsive and we had a great time! Highly recommend this property - we are definitely coming back!”

“We had a great time at the cabin! It was the perfect escape from the city. The view was gorgeous, and the cabin had everything we needed. We also tried to use the canoe but the padlock is stuck, it might be rusted/need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was perfect!”

“We had a very nice stay on the farm! Carol and Pete were wonderful. We had fresh eggs and delicious homemade blueberry scones we waiting for us! The farm animals were adorable, the emus were cool to see up close and the donkeys liked to be petted. It was a great location, close to many things. The outdoor shower was amazing!! We will definitely stay again when in the area!!!!”

“Lovely cabin in beautiful setting. A highlight was relaxing in the comfortable sofa and rockers on the screened porch. Equipped with all you need. Great large lawn for Frisbee (or anything else). Easy access to Phoenicia and Woodstock. And the swimming hole! Beautiful, private, with cool flowing water, can’t be beat on a warm day. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Will be back!”

“We were visited by 2 deer each evening and there is a resident ground hog which we enjoyed, Being able to walk to town is a stretch of the truth as the road is busy with no walking path however it is a very short ride. We had 2 good meals in Allason restaurant and caffe coffee shop is superb. I just wish we had a king size bed and a bit larger of a shower. All in all a very nice cottage with a lovely stream and a lot of tranquility.”
