Very Nice Property
Property was well maintained We had no issues with cleanliness and felt very comfortable staying there. As a couple in our late 70's we had an issue with the logistics of the pool and outside set up which required us to exit the pool area, and go down stairs to the lounge area, We had a minor issue with the number of glasses in the kitchen area (we bought plastic cups to use). Overall, however, a nice experience although the pool set up will keep us from coming back.

Peaceful on the Canal
The home looks out onto a quiet, peaceful canal. You cannot hear any road noise from inside the house. The pool is heated and there are kayaks to use, along with bicycles with helmets. The pool table/ping pong table made for some fun evenings.

Great little home away from home!
My family and I stayed here for the 4th of July and it exceeded our expectations. Troy was quick to respond with communications and recommendations. The house is beautiful and clean, and there was plenty of space for the 6 adults and 1 5 year old. The pool was amazing, and the larger boat lift was more than enough for our 25ft bay boat. It was close to everything in Punta Gorda, and an easy boat ride to Charlotte harbor. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking!

A vacation home that makes you feel at home
We really enjoyed our stay in this vacation home, in a quiet and safe environment. Even though we made many trips to get to know Punta Gorda and other surrounding areas, we looked forward to returning to this vacation home every evening. Nothing was missing and there is everything you need on site. Should we plan another vacation in this area, we would love to come back anytime ... and of course use the kayaks, the bikes and the fishing equipment (a real regret that we didn't have the time to do this).

One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at.
We have stayed at many places found on VRBO and this has been one of the best. It was beautiful, clean, and measured up to the listing. Our favorite part about it was how well the house was stocked and also the wide variety of things to do already in the house. This made packing for flying so easy. Not only was there a variety of things to do (bikes, kayaking, pickleball, fishing, ping-pong table, pool, etc) they were high quality and in good condition. There truly was something there for all of us to enjoy and do together. This place was not only a home to stay in, but it fostered connection and family time, too. Contact with the owner and access to get in the house was also the easiest we have had so far as well. We highly recommend staying here! Thank you, Troy, for providing such a great rental. It made for one of our favorite vacations!

Great Visit
This house in Punta Gorda is one of the most beautiful homes I have ever seen. My wife and I spent a week there for our 24th wedding anniversary, and we were completely impressed. From the moment we walked into the house, we noticed how spotless it was. This house was so comfortable and accommodating, with a dishwasher, washer, dryer, three bedrooms, and two baths; we had plenty of room. Even if we had eight people, there was plenty of room; with four couches, everyone would've had space to spread out. All the appliances worked without any hiccups; again, they were spotless. The three-game table (pool, air hockey, and ping pong) was a lot of fun; my wife and I enjoyed playing the games. The house's outdoor area was equally impressive, offering various leisure options. The heated pool was a delightful addition, perfect for a refreshing swim. Beside the pool was a very lovely 8-person outside table with Bluetooth speakers mounted to the wall. The lounge chairs provided a comfortable spot for sunbathing, while the gas grill and firepit were great for outdoor cooking and evening gatherings. Sitting down by the canal was relaxing, and seeing some of the fish was pretty cool. They even have Adirondack chairs and lighting down by the water. They even had kayaks and bicycles available for use. We found plenty to do within a 10——to 15-minute drive, including Fisherman's Village, where there are a few restaurants and a bunch of shops.
