“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Kelapa. We were looking for a few days of mainly relaxation, and this place was perfect for that. Nice, peaceful surroundings amongst rice fields with gorgeous sunsets and good, friendly, easy-going service. Shout out to Fauzi for taking good care of us. Our villa (Batu, I think) was clean and spacious, very comfortable and our daughter appreciated having her own room. Good aircon and hot water. We had a kitchen too with a stovetop and basic cooking……

“If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. Complimentary pickup/dropoff service……

“Absolutely fantastic stay at Ambong Pool Villas. My wife and I visited for our honeymoon and stayed in the Kemoja villa. It was absolutely exceptional and the staff made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived. Cannot fault anything during our stay. The on site spa at the Ambong Ambong hotel is second to none with some of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had.
