Villa with large garden just 3km from the center of Pula.
On the ground floor you will find bathroom, large living room with fireplace and sofa bed, dining room, kitchen with gas burners, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. On the first floor 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one with bunk beds) and bathroom. At your disposal is also a washing machine.
Outside you can enjoy a large garden with plants and green lawn, 2 parking spaces, deck chairs, relaxation lounge, barbecue, outdoor shower and large veranda where you can have lunch, and spend your time relaxing.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi, bed linen and towels.
We are just 5 minutes walk from the beach and 3 km from the city of Pula, where you will find all services such as, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, ATMs.
The most beautiful beaches of Sardinia, like Chia, only 15 km, about 10 minutes by car.
The airport and the city of Cagliari are 35km away.

Splendid Sardinia
We stayed for two weeks and felt very sad to leave. The property was on a quiet block (bit of verbal noise from neighbour at the end of the garden but he went thankfully after a week). The villa is right next to the beach, a 5 minute walk, perfect for an evening stroll and to see the gorgeous sun set Skys. Ania was brilliant with check in and allowed us to self check in, maybe not preferred by some but it was great for us. Location of the property was excellent for Pula/Chia, Beaches were about 20 mins away, with restaurants also available between Pula and the Property. Good recommendation on restaurant is RADA in Nora. The property had everything for our needs, the kitchen was perfect, had all the equipment and also some lunch boxes for the beach etcthank you Ania this was perfect for dining in, BBQ's etc. Also available to use were beach items (no beach towels though so bear this in mind). Aircon was really nice and quiet and nice to have as we got upto 28 for a few days. The outdoor garden was fantastic, the outdoor shower absolutely lovely to clean off when coming back from the beach. For evening meals or an afternoon meal the BBQ and kitchen area was fantastic Also our son loved the dipping pool outside, we couldn't get him out! Patio area was lovely in the evenings as well and had lovely lighting for good atmosphere. We'd definitely go back!

Beautiful villa in quiet location
The villa is gorgeous. Nearby is a little beach which is good for a quick swim. Much better beaches can be reached by car near Chia. The facilities in the villa are excellent and Ania is a wonderful host. I highly recommended this place for a holiday but you do need a car. Thank you Ania x

Wunderschönes Haus
Das Haus ist wunderbar. Großzügig geschnitten, ausgestattet mit wirklich allem was man braucht. Tolle Outdoorküche mit Grill im großen Garten. 5 Fußminuten vom schönen Strand entfernt. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke an Vermieterin Ania für die reibungslose und freundliche Übergabe.

Excellent! Beautiful villa in peaceful and relaxing surroundings.
We had a wonderful week in this lovely property. It was very comfortable and we had everything we needed, and more. Anna, the host was extremely helpful and friendly, as were her family members, and it was a nice thought to leave us some drinks and snacks on our arrival, which were very much welcomed as we arrived late in the evening. The villa has a lovely outdoor seating area where we had breakfast and a couple of barbecues in the evenings. The garden is spacious and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, with the beach just a few minutes walk away. Pula is a short drive away and we enjoyed the restaurants there. We also drove around and explored some of the beautiful island. We would highly recommend this villa and thank you once again, Anna.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet, alles ist da (wirklich alles, auch ein Saugroboter) dazu liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen und danken unserer Gastgeberin dafür. Der Check-in und Check-out war unkompliziert. Der Außenbereich ist mit schönen Sträuchern und Bäumen gestaltet, die Terrasse ist ein Wohlfühlort. Feststehender Grill und eine Außendusche mit warmen Wasser. Zu unserer Zeit war noch ein Pool im Garten aufgestellt. Von Sonnenschirm über Strandstühle ist alles vorhanden. Der Strand ist super und das Meer zauberhaft. Für die ersten paar Schritte im Meer sind Badeschuhe ratsam, dann aber steht man in glasklarem türkisfarbem Wasser auf feinstem Sand. Wir waren Ende September da, hatten immer noch über 30 Grad und waren fast alleine an unserem Strandabschnitt der nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt ist. Der Wochenmarkt in Pula lohnt sich, von Kleidung über Klumbatsch und sehr gutem Hauswein bis hin zu Obst und Fisch bekommt man dort alles. Auf dem Weg Richtung Pula ist die Cooperativa Santa Margherita direkt an der Straße, dort bekommt man frisches Gemüse, Obst, Käse, Wurstwaren, Eier und einiges mehr. Pula hat alles was man braucht, es ist gemütlich und sympathisch. Wir hatten eine Leihwagen so hatten wir die Möglichkeit weitere wunderbare Strände, Dörfer und Städte zu besuchen. Wir kommen wieder.

Excellent séjour en Sardaigne du Sud
Nous avons passé 2 magnifiques semaines dans la très belle maison bien équpée et confortable d'Ania. Sa localisation permet de se rendre à la plage à pied, de visiter les différents lieux situés en Sardaigne du sud ainsi que de nombreuses plages.

Vielen Dank Ana! Das Haus hat uns gefallen. Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert und wir durften sogar früher ins Haus. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten mit Grill und Aussendusche ist herrlich! Die Zimmer und Betten sind angenehm. Das Bad ebenfalls. Es hat auch eine Waschmaschine und wir durften auch Waschmittel benutzen. Der Strand erreicht man zu Fuss in ca 7 Minuten. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, man braucht def. ein Auto. Jedoch sehr ruhig! Im April sind noch nicht soviele Restaurants offen. Die Gegend um Pula ist sehr schön und es gibt zahlreiche Strände. Bis Cagliari fährt man ca 35 Minuten. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Danke Ana für Alles! Liebe Grüsse

Una casa eccezionale per una vacanza eccezionale!
La casa è su due piani, con buona climatizzazione, piscina esterna pulitissima, patio con tende e barbecue in muratura, al lato di un giardino spazioso. La stanze sono belle, ben arredate e comode. La cucina è ordinata e completa, con lavastoviglie e lavatrice esterna. L'accoglienza di Anna è stata perfetta, educatissima e sempre disponibile per check-in e checkout, per darci informazioni, ci ha persino viziato con birre e bibite fresche in frigo e dell'ottimo pane guttiau! La sera stendetevi sul prato e vi godrete le stelle come non le avete viste mai. Una vacanza meravigliosa nella casa di Anna! Grazie!

Amazing home from home property
We have just arrived home from the most wonderful week spent in Anna’s beautiful Sardinian property. The house had everything we could of wanted and more. The real highlight for us was the gorgeous garden with brick built BBQ and comfortable, and plentiful, seating - many a happy evening was spent there! The air conditioning in the house was a blessing and kept the house perfectly cool. Anna is an amazing host, with nothing too much trouble and excellent comms all through. We are missing this house already and hope we will be able to return in the very near future! Thank you very much Anna

Beautiful and Spacious Country Villa
Enjoyed a wonderful stay in August with a family of four. Villa is very spacious, clean and features luxeries like a dish washer and washing machine for clothes. Three bedrooms upstairs all have separate airco's, as does the living room downstairs. Two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen inside and outside. Large BBQ in the large garden where there is always a place in the sun or shade. Cosy lounge-like terrace ideal for eating outside. Just a small walk from the beach in a nice quiet area. And plenty to do nearby: ruines of Nora, boat hire, scuba diving, coasteneering, agriturismo and the lovely small town of Pula. It is a location we would certainly book again in the future. Starts already good when you are welcomed with some nice cold beers in the fridge and traditional Sardinian pastries :-)
