Puig de Ros Beach Hotel

"The hotel was a great stay, the weather wasn’t great in April but the hotel had an inside pool which we used quite a few times during our stay, staff across the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, the food was amazing and fresh. Location was very close to party areas, beach, bars and restaurants you can also catch the bus for €2 to palma central (only cash) or even the mall. The only downfall for some can maybe be for light sleepers but I believe you find this across Mallorca, although this wasn’t the case for us you can hear those next door so I wouldn’t imagine on high season other than this we would definitely come back during low season. "

"I am just back from 5 nights in your hotel and have had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A few things I would like to note is that it should be mentioned at reception when checking in that you must book your spa time as we were not told this and we thought we could go whenever. Our room also smelled very musty when we arrived which lasted for two days before we aired it out leaving the balcony door open. We also noticed a similar musty smell in the porch of the hotel at the hotel’s entrance. Otherwise, the spa was so lovely and very clean and the hotel is very unique and well laid out. We will be back! "

"During the rain, I simply hopped on a local bus for a tour of Palma's historic sites. Otherwise, I was walking in the sand or to one of many nice restaurants!!"

"I stayed at Hotel ROC for 6 days with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. We initially booked a room for three people, and although the first room felt a bit small, the staff was very helpful and responsive when we brought it up. The next day, they moved us to a more spacious and comfortable room, which made our stay even better. They really cared about making sure we were happy—even offering us free snacks as a kind gesture for the inconvenience. The hotel is in a beautiful area, with a nice pool and easy access to gorgeous beaches. One of the things we appreciated most was how convenient it was to get around using public transportation—we didn’t need to rent a car at all, which made things easier and more relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!"

"We don’t usually go back to the same places but this is the 3rd time we have stayed at Fontanellas. So easy to get to being 5 mins taxi from the airport. Great area, plenty of restaurants. Bus stop 2 mins walk away, takes 20 mins to get into Palma. Hotel very clean, decent evening entertainment, great view of the beach from the pool bar."
