Rang the office and the problem was sorted by phone very efficiently and apparently in Angela's own time as the office was closed. Apartment is well maintained and the location good for both the train station and the port. The technical issue needs to be addressed - if the sme thing happens to the wrong client, it could cause a lot of anxiety and stress.”
