When we arrived, we were offered a glass of champagne and check in was quick and easy! All of the rooms have beautiful ocean front views with large decks. We found that the resort offered a variety of menu options (rotating new selections every day). In the morning at the cafe/bakery, I always ordered a double cappuccino for a little extra, but overall found that the coffee was a little weak. For most of the meals, I often requested for a hot sauce, just to as spice up the meal - which thankfully they had :)
I found the resort to be super clean and well maintained. The staff work hard. I only found that the pool service was a little lacking, and often you would need to wave down a server to get a drink or lunch by the pool. Definitely order the ceviche, and I say that the champagne and blended lime margaritas were their best drinks!
The restaurant Lucianos offers a great dinner menu (steak and salmon were delicious), and the service was superb for an all-inclusive resort! But you need to reserve your table at 7am the day of, as they take no "day before reservations." After 8pm children are not allowed in the restaurant (which allows for a little bit of a quieter evening).
I found that the Mexican themed dinner was so special, even the decor was cute! They offered a spread of food and everything was AMAZING! We found that there were so many options to choose from, and everything was served hot and fresh!
All I would say is:
-Bring your own pillows!
-Bring Tums/Rolaids!
