“Great location to stay. Phillip greeted us upon arrival, very nice and friendly guy. We enjoyed our stay at their location. One thing we were very displeased with was the uncleanliness in the house. “We just got home from a great weekend stay here in Colorado City. We rented for a weekend wedding at Brush Canon Ranch. The distance to the wedding venue was perfect, about 20 minutes. Check in and check out were easy and smooth. “We LOVED this property! It's a beautiful, comfortable house and the outdoor area was wonderful. We were surrounded by Ponderosa Pines and the sound of the creek. So incredibly relaxing. Joe is amazing! He was quick to respond to texts before we got there and while we were there. And he thought of everything his guests might need. It's the best equipped kitchen we've seen in any VRBO property. We had fun playing table tennis and pool in the evening in the rec room. What a great idea and a fun……

“The house is convenient to downtown Colorado Springs, making it easy to access everything we needed. There were great dining options within walking distance. However, the home is smaller than the photos suggest. It was clean and decently stocked, but the living room couch was replaced with an uncomfortable IKEA sofa that fits only 4 people closely. The only other seating options are the 3 wooden chairs and 2 decorative chairs in the dining area. All beds were uncomfortable and felt like sleeping……
