「I've stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Every time I come to Medellin, I feel like it's my home. The rooms are very spacious, well laid out and have a kitchen. I also like the simple and clean interior and decoration. There is a church right next door, so you can hear the bells and the choir, but it doesn't bother me because it was mentioned on the main page of the hotel information. The staff is professional yet very friendly, including the receptionists, maintenance people, and housekeepers.」

「This is a new building and although well built its subjected to people who slam door all night and the apartment has the plumbing from the room above hanging into the apartment. Water is louder from above than having your own shower which is just wrong. I had a room just off the elevator and the hall to room noise is poor. When leaving the room the hallway has automatic lights which don't come on until your almost at the elevator. So several steps in pitch black 」
