“We really enjoyed the property. The beach pass and pool pass were very nice and we used on multiple days. The location was excellent with many options for dining and shopping. Plenty of opportunities to run or walk around and outside the property. The condo was fantastic, directions were clear about what to do. The only challenge was the gate code the first night. But we got it resolved. We would stay again.”

“Amy’s condo is in a perfect location. We loved being able to walk to the Queens marketplace and King shops. Access to the Hilton pool was a bonus. Condo was clean and well equipped. ”

“We've stayed in the Waikoloa Beach area many times, and this unit is situated very close to to the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace. This makes shopping and dining very easy, a quick walk across the street. The unit was clean and spacious, with a good size lanai with a built-in BBQ grill. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a great trip and appreciated the spacious, comfortable space to call home for a week. The couch and beds were comfortable, the a/c was easy to adjust for our preferences, and the garage was nice to keep the car cool and out of the sun. The carpet is quite stained, but everything felt clean otherwise. The best part was having everything we could possibly need for the beach- beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were priceless. There are also pool noodles, innertubes, snorkel sets, and sand……

“The area was nice and quiet, clean, beautifully landscaped, Great location for walking,drivable access to many excellent beaches. Staff friendly and helpful. Weather of course excellent ! Only issue was the flies and mosquitos made it difficult to enjoy the pool and patio area without getting covered in bites. Mother Nature not much you can do about it.”

The property itself is the not the newest or the cleanest, so if you’re looking for a super nice, pristine, updated place, this may not be for you. “We stayed at this location for 9 beautiful days. Upon arrival, the condo was wonderfully clean, smelled great, and Hawaiian music was playing; the perfect welcome after a long day of travel. The amenities were fantastic- from the beach gear to the household supplies and fully stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed the lanai over looking the golf course as well as the beautiful complex pool. The shops and beach within walking distance were a huge plus. There were 4 of us, but it could have easily……
