“We loved our stay at Hotel Perla. The staff was amazing and the property was very nice, relaxing and not overcrowded with visitors. Not to mention, the beach is only about 25 yards from the hotel (with a beach bar only 15 yards from the hotel). The only challenge we encountered (as Americans) was the limitations of the Air Conditioning system in our room. “The hotel is not in a good condition, rooms have bathtubs which are very tall and not easily accessible. Security safe was broken and had to call a technician to reset it twice. We had a leak from the room above and had to relocate due to unsanitary condition. Majority of the front desk people were not pleasant to communicate with. Attention to details and customer service is not existent. It is shame since this is the only hotel in Primosten and at the superb location directly on the beach……

“Mobile Home, es sollte ein neues Mobilhome sein, aber als wir ankamen gab es einige Mängel. Die Ausstattung an Besteck und Gläser war schlecht. Die Treppe der Terrasse war defekt(Leiste). Ein Tag vor Abreise und nochmalige Beschwerde wurde es repariert. Der Mülleimer war defekt und was gar nicht ging, das der Stöpsel von der Spüle fehlte, somit war abspülen jeden Tag eine Herausforderung. Sobald wir die Klimaanlage angeschaltet haben war diese am starken brummen, so daß man sie auch nicht nutzen……
