therer was no hot water, one night. The sink and bath tube are very slow draining, the t.v. service was in and out. The out side security door, would not lock. This has been going on for the last five years, that I have been staying at this facility. Each time I stay, I was hoping that some of the problems, would have been corrected, and each year, you send me this evaluation report, and I tell you the same problem exists, and nothing ever changes. I am going to report this facility to the BBB and to the Health dept. I would like to know if you plan on doing anything about this problem. I complained to the manager about these problems, and her response,was,I WILL REFUND ONE HALF OF THE CHARGE.I told her that was unacceptable, and I wanted the full night refunded. She said no way, and hung up on me. Now it is your turn to tell me what, if anything you plan on doing?

Staff are always tremendous. Disappointed that we had no electricity in our bathroom and our refrigerator did not work. My bad that I did not report it to the front desk. But they were overwhelmed with trying to get hot water to the rooms.

We are an older couple and find it difficult navigate stairs. Our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Would have been nice to know that as we would not have booked the hotel. No tv guide or wifi info in room. Staff was pleasant and room was clean but outdated. No device charging stations in rooms and minimal outlets.

The property is reasonable, clean and convenient. The problem is the TV selections are right out of the dark ages. A handful of Utah News channels and a dozen old junk channels. No ability to even input your own YouTube, Prime or Netflix account.

You could tell the place was really rundown. Probably appropriate for the price. I did see a homeless person sleeping under the stairwell, which didn’t make me feel that great. The showers were freezing cold and never warmed up. It was fine for what it was. I just showed up, fell asleep and woke up and left.

Side access doors card readers did not work making it necessary to enter only through the front door and all the way down the hallway to move luggage. The breakfast had very little to offer. They had cereal but not milk, no eggs no bacon, no sausage. When we asked the front desk all the had to say is there's a food shortage. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Convenient and quiet. Easy to find just off the interstate. Front desk staff helpful and engaging. Pet friendly and additional cost was the least expensive of the places we stayed on our road trip. None of the outside side access entrances were working - room key cards weren’t able to open the doors. You either had to prop them open or walk all the way around to the front entrance to.

Desk night clerk was curt with us at checkin, elevator was not working (2 stories), leaking ceil main floor( bucket entire stay3 nights, continental breakfast no milk,no fruit. Room keys would malfunction after 1 use-constantly had to rekey. Bathroom no water pressure sink,or toilet to flush,tub took along time to drain during a shower.bed like sleeping on a carpeted floor, no extra blankets in room .just a thin comforter and sheets .we had to use the comforter off the other bed.

Reasonably priced. Great location for food and shopping. Disappointed in the condition of the rooms. Dated, my room did not have a working phone, hard to enter some of the entrance/exits. Room keys worked some of the time.
