It's just far enough out of the fray that you won't feel like you're in the middle of a party when you want to go to bed but close enough that you can get to Provincetown's nightlife in less than five minutes. A small warning for travelers with mobility/balance issues: the staircase to the upstairs does not have a handrail and the location of the sloped ceilings……
