“It was wonderful to stay in the traditional farmhouse.”

“What an absolute joyous experience! Colleen met us upon arrival and showed us around their wonderful place! It felt a bit like the Shire, really! Comfy little abodes and unusual structures. The yurt we stayed in was lovely and large. With wood heat we stayed very warm even on frosty nights! We had a camp fire and nice kitchen facilities. But the best part was all the critters!! There is a pig and ponies and a duck. My kids particularly enjoyed the kitty, "Tiger" who spent our nights snuggled……

“The farmhouse was immaculately clean. The views of the Galtee Mountains with the mist rising up from them were mesmerizing. The furnishings were comfortable. Christine graciously came over and spent an hour going over the operation of the heating and kitchen appliances and bringing the tv back online for our use at my request, and we very much enjoyed the opportunity to visit with her about life on her side of the pond. The issues we ran into were the heating for the house and water seemed to go……

“Bayfield House is located on the beautiful Flaggy Shore, in the heart of the magnificent Burren - perfect for daily walks and hikes. The house is warm and welcoming, with lots of space for our party of 14 - adults and teenagers.
