「Stunning grounds and hotel. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Great breakfasts. We had a toddler and staff were understanding and gracious. Improvements: I have long legs and it’s hard to shave in a narrow shower without a step. I put the trash can in the shower to improvise and avoid cutting myself or having conditioner run into my eyes. Also, the beach lanai charges even guests exorbitantly and requires a “tent” rental just to enjoy the pool with a child friendly shallow and quick dip in...

「The cabin was ok enough. No towels provided. There were mosquitos everywhere. It's really basic accommodation. The air-con leaked all over the TV that was on a shelf underneath - the maintenance man said the air-con was fine (it wasn't) and to hair dryer the TV! We never used it in case. We had ants everywhere in our cabin too. Like I say, basic!」

Lovely reception area good for relaxing. Bikes available in hotel for hire are perfect for Lucca exploring.」

「Beautiful chic hotel. I chose the deluxe room with terrace. The terrace spanned the entire face of the building and was styled as a living room ~ wonderful. The perfect space for my German Shepard. Breakfast was to point with delicious cheeses, grain bread and eggs made to order. Staff was gracious and helpful. The only downside is all of the outdoor windows are lined with bright LED lighting. I like to sleep with windows ajar so this was very inconvenient; lights shone directly into the...

「Staff was very nice, breakfast spread was great. Our room unfortunately felt like a let down. It was smaller than expected, had a mildew scent, the toilet constantly ran, and the AC did not work very well.」
