“The cabin was ok enough. No towels provided. There were mosquitos everywhere. It's really basic accommodation. The air-con leaked all over the TV that was on a shelf underneath - the maintenance man said the air-con was fine (it wasn't) and to hair dryer the TV! We never used it in case. We had ants everywhere in our cabin too. Like I say, basic!”

“Stunning grounds and hotel. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Great breakfasts. We had a toddler and staff were understanding and gracious. Improvements: I have long legs and it’s hard to shave in a narrow shower without a step. I put the trash can in the shower to improvise and avoid cutting myself or having conditioner run into my eyes. Also, the beach lanai charges even guests exorbitantly and requires a “tent” rental just to enjoy the pool with a child friendly shallow and quick dip in……

“We were stranded at the train station and the concierge helped us get a taxi to get there safely. Everyone was lovely, it was very clean and has a beautiful outdoor pool and dinning area.”
