“L’Hotel Eden è un hotel a tre stelle sul lungomare di Viareggio, in una posizione molto comoda, proprio nella zona della movida. Il punto forte è sicuramente dove si trova: sei vicino a tutto, tra locali, ristoranti e il mare. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, ti fanno sentire subito a tuo agio. Le colazioni sono abbondanti e buone, con prodotti di qualità. Anche la cucina in generale è apprezzata. Le camere sono pulite, luminose e abbastanza comode per un soggiorno tranquillo. In……

“Obwohl wir das Hotel nur für die Durchreise gebucht haben und der Aufenthalt weniger als 24 Stunden betrug, war es ein sehr erholsamer Stop. Zimmer sehr sauber, Handtücher wie neu, das Frühstück hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt (p.s. es gab die leckerste Red Velvet Torte, die ich je zum Frühstück gegessen habe!) Ein Lob an das gesamte Personal - von der Rezeption bis hin zum Küchenpersonal!!! Alles war TOP! Auch die Umgebung und die Nähe zum privaten Strand sind fantastisch! Wir kommen wieder……

“Good location”

“A well located hotel, just outside the city walls, close to the train station but quiet despite being on a main road.Parking is available. The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in. All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant. Breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from with healthy options and sweet treats. The fish restaurant next door was really nice and had a good choice of meals and wines. Our room (65) was……

“Schön renoviertes Zimmer und top Lage. Der Service war jedoch eher distanziert und beschränkte sich auf das Nötigste. Auch bei Fragen zum öffentlichen Parkplatz an Feiertagen konnte uns die Rezeption nicht weiterhelfen. Störend war zudem ein Duft aus der Lüftung, der während der zweiten Nacht unangenehm wurde. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotenzial beim Service.”

“Was echt top! Fijne locatie op loopafstand van lucca centrum. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Fijn zwembad met genoeg ligplaatsen. Kamers waren netjes, prima douche en ook erg schoon. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook was het ontbijt erg goed en gevarieerd. Echt een fijne week gehad, niets op aan te merken!”

“This hotel room was great! I loved the features and location great too! There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary.”
