“The house was clean and well appointed. We so enjoyed the windows overlooking the water and watching the tide coming and going. It was close to attractions but very quiet and off the beaten path.”

“Everything about our stay was wonderful! We loved the location, and the views--especially at the bottom of the two trails down to the water. The house itself was so clean and welcoming--and even had a fun welcome giftbag that was provided. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all generous in size, delightful in feel, especially the upstairs accommodations where we felt pampered! We enjoyed using the game room with provided games, and ate our breakfasts out on the balcony. Delightful!”

We spent most of our time in Acadia ( about an hour drive with traffic) but kids still found time to enjoy the kayaks and swimming off the dock on the property. Would highly recommend staying here!”

“The property is outstanding, the house has a great layout, and the hosts had everything you could possibly need available. They even had things like a portable high chair and pack n play available for anyone who might travel with little guests and a little dog bed and dog dishes for anyone with a smaller dog. It was our first time at a VRBO and it was a seamless and amazing stay. The hiking trails on the property were great, and I had lots of chances for great sunrise photos in the woods. The……

“We were up to visit family. The house is very conveniently located to a lot of great places in the area. Plenty of room to move around in the house. Note to self, if they tell you to conserve water, heed their advice.”

“Adorable cottage for a small group or couple. It’s in a nice location with access to a walking trail into town, and to a deep water dock on the river down some somewhat rickety stairs. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything one would need. Jon was easy to reach and quick to respond during our stay. He was a super nice guy, as well. We would stay here again, if we had the chance.”
