“We stayed the beginning of Sept. The cabin we rented was " Premium Cabin, 2 Queen Beds, Kitchen, Mountainside". It was recently renovated, cozy and clean. The cabin has a mini frig, Keurig maker & variety of coffees, hot cocoa, etc. Good quality pans for cooking. The cabin had a charcoal grill and a fire pit. “We really enjoyed our stay at the Cable House. Plenty of room for 4 people. Tanguy & Sebastian were very responsive. Shower had lots of hot water with pressure. Bedding was very comfortable. “This well-equipped home was perfect for the 4 of us women. I slept on the couch, which wasn’t as comfortable as the beds, but the home was well-equipped in the kitchen, had a washer and dryer, and was located near downtown and the harbor. We needed bedding for the couch and owners were very responsive in bringing it over. ”

“This was an incredible property. There were 3 bedrooms which each had a queen bed. 3 couples (6 people) stayed very comfortably. There were two full bathrooms. The property was fully stocked. The owners live next door and came and visited when we checked in and they were very friendly and helpful. This was one of the best and most beautiful homes I've stayed in. Would 100% recommend to anyone else in the future.”

Timeless memories of sitting on the front deck of our own log cabin in the woods taking in the sights, sounds and scents of the kenai bush. “Our host Gary was on top of it and got us in earlier than we had hoped and even upgraded us to a nicer, roomier and cozy cabin. We stayed on for three nights but wished we could have stayed longer. The spa was wonderful on a cool frosty night or morning and was clean and well kept. WE definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others who want a quiet scenic getaway cabin overlooking Trail River and the Kenai Mountains. Tom, Charlie and Katmai”
