“The place is not clean,has a bad smell and is noisy. We were told that we'll have to move to another smaller room oh Saturday. We decided to check out on Saturday even though we booked for two nights. There's big cockroaches too”

“From the moment we stepped inside until the moment we left, we had an enjoyable experience. 24h coffee, lattes, tea and hot chocolate, was served. Breakfast was included and one had a variety to choose from. The rooms were neat and comfortable with a front desk that one could phone for any reason. The gardens are truly a delight and we felt very spoiled.”

“The Expedia ad mentioned A/C. This property has no A/C. It was >30 celsius, and I wanted a room with A/C. The staff kindly found alternative accommodation at another nearby hotel. It was basic and under sale, and the wifi did not extend to the room. It was kind of them to do this, but overall, I wish I had never used Expedia for this.”

“We were treated like royalty by the owners, the staff is excellent and very attentive and helpful, the property is wonderful, like a museum, with the most exquisite paintings and other works of art, a beautiful garden and swimming pool, the breakfast is outstanding, the location is perfect, quiet, safe and close to Brooklyn Mall and restaurants. It´s one of the best guest houses we ever stayed anywhere in the world. We strongly recommend it. Jose Roberto and Ilse Procopiak”
