Difficulty at check in due to booking multiple room and confusion with length of stay. Credit card machine not working causing wrong card to be charged. **do your own dishes and cleaning. None of our 3-day stay receive any room service. however buffet breakfast excellent with variety of items available

The Residence Inn by Marriott, Prescott, AZ offers two rare qualities -.an exceptionally responsive, helpful staff and restaurant-quality foods at their breakfast buffet. The suite is comfortable and clean.I also need to mention that the hotel is convenient to shopping, entertainment, and various restaurants. We'll definitely return here for future visits to Prescott.

All was good except they charged extra for parking. This is unusual for a non-inner city or downtown hotel. Seems like they’re nickel and diming us like frontier airlines.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the amenities met my expectations for a relaxing visit.
One area that could use improvement is the breakfast options. While there was a decent variety, it would be great if the hotel added egg white-only options for guests who prefer not to eat yolks. This would be a thoughtful addition for those who are health-conscious or have dietary preferences.
Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again in the future.
