“The outside was a little shady and the security at the front door made you worry about the neighborhood. Once you got inside, the staff was behind glass. I was worried. But once you got to the room, the room was clean and nice. The climate control was a little off but we were to warm, not cold even though it was cold outside. This place is really just a place to sleep and not spend time outside the room.”

“Great price for the Dells and a perfect hotel for littles. The water park was well maintained and very clean and a huge hit with my almost two year old. They also had another pool in a separate area of the hotel. Our room was clean but the bed was a bit too firm for our liking. All in all, excellent place to take young kids if staying in the Dells! ”
