“Cute place - makes very good use of the space. It was comfortable and very conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We have a few suggestions but overall very happy, had a wonderful time, and the ultimate compliment - we look forward to staying there again. ”

“We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect in every way from the layout, to comfortable beds, to fireplaces and ease of wifi access and TVs. We loved the thoughtful binder of information and the dog bowl! It was decorated perfectly and was just so homey and felt like someplace we wanted to settle in and stay awhile. Additionally, we loved the bakery practically across the street and even took baked goods to go upon departure. Couldn’t have been happier with this property and you can see……

“The condo lived up to all of our expectations. Well situated near excellent bakeries and restaurants, yet on a quiet residential street. Condo was very clean and had good beds and linens. Nicely decorated. Washer /dryer a definite plus. Parking is indeed a bit tight; you just have to back in the driveway so you can get out. Thank you! ”

“The kids got to swim, jump off a floating platform, kayak & canoe, fish, roast marshmallows by the fire, and help me grill dinner. If any of these is your goal then this is a fantastic place to do it. There's also rentals for boats and jetskis nearby. The swim area is shaded starting in the afternoon. Property also included paddles for the kayaks/canoe as well as the requisite life jackets you'd need to go out. It's shared space, but we didn't have a problem finding a kayak or sharing the fire……

“Easy to get to, conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, shops, and downtown. There are stairs to climb, which didn't bother us, but be mindful as it is on the 3rd floor. Parking is only available on the street, and it was hard to find a spot close by the condo. But, we eventually did park close, so it worked out. We would definitely book this place again and again!”

“Property was easy access and location to restaurants and downtown Portland . Kitchens were adequate , bathrooms really nice and beds comfortable . Parking was a little tight for two minivans but was able to make it work . Would stay here again area looked and felt safe”

“Property owner double booked house and ended up cancelling our reservation. We were 16 hours from home and had no where to stay, On a holiday week when everything was already booked. Owner cancelled reservation while we stood there trying to find another place to stay. Owner was rude and not helpful at all. He lied to us, saying that renters had booked in February, but VRBO told him on speaker phone while we listened that we were the first to book. Property was not maintained well at all. Wasp……

“We really enjoyed our stay. Gerald answered questions quickly and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Portland. ”

“The condo was a great location for walking to the food and shopping on both Commercial and Congress streets. Parking was a breeze and the unit had everything you could want for a short or long term stay.”
