“This was very spacious. I think you could have a nice sized group here comfortably. 4-6. The area around the property is a bit run down. Thr property owner did not send instructions to enter prior to arrival, but responded quickly and we were inside within 10 min. The wifi password would not work, so we used cell and downloaded movies nearby to watch on Kindle. The main bedroom was large with a couch or maybe a futon. “We had a great time staying slopeside. It is a short walk down the road to get to Sundowner. We weren't first chair but we almost were. The house itself was clean and tidy. Had everything one would need and even had a coffee maker and Keurig. We will be planning to stay here again if we have the chance.”

“The property is pleasant and was the perfect size for us as a couple. I feel that it is a bit misleading in the listing as you do not realize the unit is truly squeezed in between full time residential apartments.. “Overall, stay was very good. One small thing that wasn’t clear was the mooring for the boat. It was not directly in front of the dock at all I thought I might have to use one of the neighbors if it was necessary. “While visiting our son at Castleton we stayes at this property instead if the usual hotel. So glad we did. Nice little area where we couldtakr a walk down along the water, they have a basketball hoop out back we used as well. we spend very little time in the room, vut while there it was very clean.
