I recently stayed at this hotel expecting a four-star experience, but it was far from that. The room was outdated and poorly maintained, with stained carpets, damaged walls, chipped furniture, and torn curtains. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable for the price and rating.
To make things worse, when we raised these concerns with reception, we were told that groups are prioritized over individual guests like us, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
The service was slow and the experience did not meet expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve both the room quality and their approach to customer service.
