Struttura molto capiente ma priva di manutenzione
mancano le zanzariere agli infissi, mancano ventilatori efficienti nelle stanze, impianto elettrico inadeguato (nella doccia fuori al balconcino, il box doccia è rotto e l'acqua raggiunge una presa elettrica mal posizionata), le serrature dei due ingressi sono poco funzionali alla sicurezza dei propri averi, si aprono con una spinta, il balcone di ingresso (molto bello e piacevole per la sosta in gruppo) esposto a nord-ovest dalle ore 15 fino alle 20 è zona completamente soleggiata e senza alcun ombreggiante, nell'atrio di ingresso si potrebbero parcheggiare comodamente due auto ma la larghezza del cancello e lo spazio antistante la strada non agevola la manovra di accesso. Il personale è molto accogliente, cortesi e disponibili. Il paesino, il mare e la caratteristica cornice salentina copre parzialmente questi disservizi.

Tutto perfetto
Io e il mio gruppo di amici abbiamo soggiornato una settimana ad agosto. La villa era come descritta, fornita di servizi (stoviglie, lavatrice, stendino, ecc) e con un bellissimo terrazzo coperto, perfetto per cene all'esterno. Ottima la posizione, il centro e il lungomare sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La signora Marilina ci ha accolto con gentilezza ed entusiasmo, ed è stata sempre disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta, anche durante il soggiorno stesso, con la massima tempestività. Consiglio la villa, soprattutto a gruppi di amici.

Alloggio ben organizzato che si trova veramente in un posto ottimo per le persone che vogliono passare le serate passeggiando sul lungomare di portocesareo intrattenendosi con locali e musica. Proprietari gentilissimi che si sono messi a disposizione sin dall'inizio. In generale il quartiere vige di una quiete prospera per chi vuole un po' di serenità. Complessivamente un posto ottimo sia a livello geografico sia a livello funzionale!
