“First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. “Good hotel outside city centre. Good walkable to downtown in 20 minutes but tram right outside door if needed. Room was comfortable with everything we needed however shower leaked at bottom badly so had to keep lots of towels nearby. Coffee wasn’t restocked so had to ask one day but then all good.
