Everything was very nice. We stayed off season so the main hotel was closed. The new sections has 3 WIFI networks. Unfortunately the guest wifi would not work after 7PM. We were unable to stream, or use air play or even use 5G on our phones. After the first evening, I asked to use the one of the employee WiFis and was told they would reset the router. They did but again it would not work after 7PM.

Though the area was beautiful, we originally selected a room with an ocean view. We were contacted by a staff member, who let us know we could not actually have an ocean view but we could have another water view. We said sure. When we arrived, we saw that we just had a view of the side of the building and snowbanks. Perhaps there was water down below but we could not see it. The check in person was nice, but since it's winter we had to go to the Coveside Market to get checked in. He gave us a sheet of paper with directions for Wifi/TV. The wifi was easy to connect to but we had a horrible connection that was extremely slow and kept cutting in and out. The TV was difficult to use, and when we finally found something we wanted to watch the show kept cutting in and out, then we would have to fast forward from the beginning every time, only for it to work for 5 minutes then cut out. We did not call the after hours number because this was not an emergency, but it was extremely frustrating to say the least. This was supposed to be our celebration getaway after getting married, and it really didn't live up to hopes or expectations.

Stayed for 4 nights plus an extra when our flight was canceled. The staff has been amazing and extremely accommodating. Even in off season, the Coveside Market has everything you need. And very dog friendly!

Everything about this place was fantastic. Beautiful, clean, spacious rooms with view of the Cove. Service at the Market was excellent (so friendly and helpful). The February special was an incredible value! Loved everything about this stay.

Off season the main hotel is not open, so guests stay in the smaller buildings. It was clean and nicely appointed. It’s more like staying at a nice motel.

We were very happy with the convenience of the hotel to town. The room was clean and beautiful but there was continuous repiticious sound of a machine all day and night that was frustrating. The tv also would not allow us to use our accounts to watch any apps. Thank you for all your assistance with finding out room and the two 10.00 gift certificates to the store.since it was off season so no breakfast.

When staying in the fall, very limited amenities. No bar, no restaurant, view of a pond and tennis courts. There was someone’s meal left in the refrigerator. Other than that the room was clean. Building was fairly new. Advertising was very misleading, it really didn’t show where you would be staying . I feel they should not continue to put the main building in there advertising when it is closed down.

We loved the beautiful seaside location and meticulously groomed property. Our suite was bright and colorful cottage style and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. All staff were friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back !
