“This was a wonderful experience for our extended family. We had ages 16 to 81. There was plenty of space for everyone and lots to do. With a group of "kids" who are really young adults, it was nice for almost everyone to have a bed larger than a twin, which is very hard to find in vrbo offerings. The media room is amazing and the young adults enjoyed the game room and pool. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Every time we looked for something, we eventually found it in the many drawers……

“This was a very nice property. The cleaning service could have done a better job. When we arrived there were crumbs on the counter, what appeared to be soda on the blinds and stains on the pillow cases. We got some cleaning supplies and sanitized things to our comfort level. The apartment was nice and spacious. We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The walls were pretty thin so it was a little loud in one of the rooms near the outside stairs. Those things didn’t keep us from enjoying……

“Tim’s apartment was great. He was very easy to communicate with and he helped me with the garage. Felt very safe to be able to use the garage while on a work trip. The apartment was nice and the window shades did a great job at blocking sunlight, but also were easy to adjust to get more light in but maintain privacy. There’s a ton of storage in the apartment. This was a great location in Houston Heights, since the green belt and HEB bookend the block. ”

“You can tell that they are really trying to put work into this property. They have brand new appliances, brand new TVs, and it was fairly clean. It is not in the best neighborhood, however, it is really close and convenient to the highway, shopping, and fast food. Give it was a hotel rating, it would probably be a 3 star hotel. Communication = SUPERB. instructions for check and checkout were also great.”
