“This place is truly a gem. Mariana is amazing and possibly the nicest person i have ever met. She reached out ahead of our stay and arranged a pickup for us at the airport. This made whole process seamless. Her hotel is in a perfect location within walking distance to pretty much anywhere you would want to go in Porto (keep in mind Porto has a lot of hills so you will get good cardio workout in). Mariana also served us an amazing breakfast. She was also a wealth of knowledge about the area……

“had a fantastic stay in Porto! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a great variety to start the day. My room was charming, with beautiful touches and direct access to a lovely garden — a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. A special shout-out to Emilio, the concierge, who was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Porto!”

“My concerns were about the arrival process. I booked this on the train from Lisbon arriving at 2:45 pm. So I didn’t get check in details until after I arrived, so if you don’t have data you are SOL as reception closes at 3 pm ( Get that , check in at 3 ,doors shut tight at 3) I tried to call from the train and train station upon arrival but no answer. Fortunately the cleaning staff let me in and got us sorted. Our room #8 in BUILDING 2 next door is actually suite # 2, 3 flights up. All……

“Tv out of order. No warmer or warming system inside the room. Sleep inside room feeling inside the fridge whiel at outside 5 degree and I am feeling same. When I want to go out at night at 2am . I fi d the door locked. I feel hungry and I am helpless”

“It has home vibes, so inviting and warm. Unassuming facade but beautiful front desk hall. Sebastians, the front desk guys, always with a smile on their faces and very helpful. The breakfast spread, is diverse, delicious and if you choose to sit in the patio, great view.”
