“Although the weather was not perfect, we had a delightful holiday here. Tony, the hotel owner, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He provided us with a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and activities. However, the hotel staff would need additional professional training. During our first hour at the hotel, I sustained an injury while attempting to borrow a surfboard. The staff appeared unfamiliar with how to unhook the surfboard, resulting in an accident that caused……

“Coco Beach resort is a small, quiet and local property. It’s out of town which is great if you are after a quiet experience, and you can snorkel the reef in front of the property. Negatives are the road from town (holes and potholes). The cost of food at the restaurant is also pretty high. If you have expectations of an international chain style accommodation, you will be disappointed. However it is a lovely, basic resort which is warm and welcoming. “The location and the view from the Hotel is just awesome. The apartment itself with two floors and a private pool is stunning. But I have to say, that you feel, that the apartments are a bit older and could get a little renovation. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant service is not the best. There was not one day, we received what we ordered. For instance, you order juice without ice, it comes with ice, you order soy milk - you get normal milk and so……
