Rent Baie de Paulilles, a large listed site in France, very quiet location, accessible by badge only for residents,

3km from Banyuls (Sunday morning market, Catalan entertainment) 3 km from Port Vendres (Saturday morning market, entertainment from the small fishing port) 5 km from Collioure (Sunday market, tourist entertainment)
Airport in Perpignan about 35 km.

pretty single storey house,
15 m of frontage facing the sea,
exceptional view with direct access to the beach, waterfront, perfect condition, for 8 people,

Being in a classified site, the house works in solar electricity for the light in 220V and the fridge feezer.

Gas stove and oven, hot water supplied by gas water heater.

Shower on the terrace to rinse off after swimming.

3 rooms :
- bedroom 1 with a 140 bed
- bedroom 2 with a 140 bed
- bedroom 3 with two 90 cm beds
- living room (with a sofa bed with mattress topper),

two bathrooms with each wc and walk-in shower,
big terrace overlooking the sea,
enclosed shaded garden at the back with stone barbecue,

free parking in front of the house,

animals not accepted

household linen not provided but it's possible to rent it for 25€ per person,

The whole house is available.

To get there, after Port Vendres continue on the road towards Banyuls. Do not enter Port Vendres.
At the first roundabout continue towards Banyuls (third exit) then 50 m after taking the turn to the left and advance to the terminal where I will be waiting for you.
Call me as soon as you have passed Port Vendres.

I will be there when you arrive to welcome you, make an inventory, give you the latest advice and recommendations as well as ideas for walks and restaurants if you are interested.
Similarly when you leave, we will do an inventory together and you will give me your point of view on your stay in my house in Paulilles.
If during your stay you have any difficulty, I will be reachable by phone. In case of serious problem I will move from Perpignan.

Très bel emplacement (face à la mer), dans un espace protégé nature. Jolie maison de pêcheur (pièces en enfilade et une salle de bain extérieure). Très bon accueil. Région magnifique (Côte Vermeille), pour baignades, randonnées et visites.

Excellent séjour dans une maison les pieds dans l'eau et sur le chemin de randonnée entre Collioure et Banuyls. La maison est idéale pour des vacances en famille, fonctionnelle, bien agencée et idéalement placée.
