BEACHFRONT- 3 Bdrm/3.5 bath-townhouse w/ AMAZING views-5 STAR RATING, We are constantly updating our home to make it the best possible experience for our guests. The beaches have been restored, our home "Easy Livin on CSB" is more beautiful than ever! Come check us out!

Cape San Blas is the last pet friendly & family oriented area in the Florida panhandle. With easy access to the beach from this UPDATED HOME with a remodeled kitchen that has everything you will need! GULF FRONT home with fabulous water views in our 3 bedroom/3.5 bath Town home. You are just steps away from the beautiful white sand beaches of Cape San Blas, which “Dr. Beach” previously chose as the “Best Beach” in the country.

Purchased by new owners in Jan. 2012. Kitchen has been remodeled with all new cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counter tops! Our home offers tile floors on the main level, updated sofa and love seat, dining room furniture, Flat Screen TV’s, mattresses, and cotton bedding & linens.

This home offers 1 king size bed in the master beachfront suite, a second King size bed in a beachfront bedroom, both with private baths and gulf side balconies. A third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private bath. The spacious and fully stocked kitchen is a perfect place to prepare family meals that can be eaten on the large deck while watching amazing sunsets. Laundry closet is located on the 2nd floor with a full size washer and dryer.

Snow Birds! We are on the 'Sunny Side.' Enjoy long days in the sun and enjoy the beauty of the Cape.

Barrier Dunes is a gated community that has a gulf front pool, a second solar heated pool located near the 2 lighted tennis courts. There are also 3 fully stocked man made ponds, a playground located on the property, club house and a wonderful community to walk your dogs. They have pet stations conveniently located throughout the property.

Barrier Dunes is located next to St. Joseph State Park which contains over 2000 acres of pristine beaches, tropical landscapes, and nature trails. Nine miles of award-winning Gulf shoreline featuring turquoise waters, sugary white sand, and awesome dunes that rise more than 20 feet on average. You will also find a nearby golf course and other activities include biking, hiking, snorkeling, fishing, and kayaking.

We are a dog friendly unit. 1st dog is $100 with the 2nd dog adding $50. Monthly rates are $25 per week.

Family Destination Thanksgiving

Our family rented 3 units at Barrier Dunes and this was by far the cleanest and best appointed. This beachfront unit has amazing views and easy access to the beach. The community was great and allowed our kids freedom to roam, visit with cousins at the park, fish in the lake and play lots of football on the beach. We look forward to coming back soon.

Great Location!

Great location, great beach views. Quick walk over the boardwalk and you are there. Beach is very walkable and the most dog friendly beach ever!!!! House is beautiful, clean and nicely furnished. The community is well maintained and clean. Restaurants, shops and rentals are nearby. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Our party of 6 (2 seniors, 2 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful time at this townhome on the beach! We loved the beautiful views - especially from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. Beach is just steps away. Beach chairs and toys available for the kids. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

Clean, well furnished and close to the beach

Location is the best. Back deck stairs 20 steps to a wood walk path over the dunes to the beach. Unit has plenty of beach chairs, toys, cooler, and a beach umbrella. Amazing views of the sunset and beach from the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms. Large smart TV in den for Netflix, etc. Well furnished kitchen with spices, sugar, filters, trash bags, dish soaps, laundry, dishes, utensils, pots, etc. Comfy beds and towels. Each bedroom has its own bath. Quiet complex with pools good for children and grandparents. Friendly folks all around. Local store Trading Post is well stocked and very reasonably priced. PSJ area is quaint and not too touristy. We recommend and would come back to this beach and stay in this same unit again.

It was great! Great place if you have a dog. She loved the beach. People are so friendly. Lots of dog owners so it makes it nice and yet everyone seems very conscientious about their dogs behavior. It is very vertical. lots of steps. views from main deck as pictured . Good beds, updated, Great kitchen . We plan on coming back

Very Nice!

We love Barrier Dunes, we've been going there many years. This condo is beautiful and right on the beach. Lovely and very comfortable updates have been made and the owners have given considerable detailed attention to accommodate guests with everything you'll need and want, i.e. nice utensils and dishes, extras in the kitchen, plenty of nice towels, comfy sheets, amazingly comfortable beds, beach chairs, large clean grill, etc. list goes on... Quite nice.

Beautiful beach and great times with family!

Our stay was great and we enjoyed the townhouse and area. We did have a few issues with the A/C and the laundry room door during our stay. Katie was great at responding and tried hard to get people out to fix things even with the threat of a hurricane coming our way. We thankfully were missed by the hurricane, so were able to stay and enjoy our vacation with only one power outage, a water outage, some wind, and some rain. The extra A/C in the top bedroom was not operational upon arrival and for a couple of days due to someone leaving it at a temperature setting that was too low which caused it to freeze up. There was a laundry room door that fell off when we went to open for the first time and that was fixed by the Friday before we left. Everything else was great. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful. There was plenty of room and the beds are pretty comfortable. The Master bed does have a 'hump' in the middle but is still pretty comfy. The kitchen is well stocked. If I had to suggest one thing in the kitchen, it would be to add a nice larger frying pan/skillet. We had to improvise with the smaller ones to be able to cook enough food for everyone. The pool was very nice and the view is OUTSTANDING from this townhouse.

Exceptional property, awesome owner!

My family and I had an awesome time in our first visit to Cape San Blas! Even with the enormous amout if rainfall we were able to enjoy our stay tremendously! The beach is gorgeous, the gulf front pool wax amazing and the town home was better than imagined. We loved sitting out in the third floor deck to watch the most amazing sunsets. The owners couldn't have been nicer and thought of everything to include in the home! It truly was a home away from home. I will definitely be going back. If you are looking for peaceful then this is it, very non commercialized and private. We did a snorkel tour and had a blast but otherwise there is not a lot of touristy (if that's a word) stuff to do. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax on a beautiful beach!!!
