Not clean, limited, dirty and poor condition kitchen supplies, dryer door doesn’t close

Fridge broken in places, pots and pans in poor condition, very limited kitchen utensils, hand towels in master dirty, only 4outside chair at the bottom and two were broken, dryer door doesn’t close, damage to walls/sheetrock in multiple rooms. In 35 years of travel this is my only negative experience/review disappointing!

Nice property with a very short walk to the beach. Biggest drawback were all the profanity laced political flags on vehicles on the beach with so many young kids around. Perhaps the world we live in but ignorant none the less.

Easy check in check out. Great location to the beach and the full kitchen was so nice. Trying to get in touch with the owner was difficult. We needed to check out early. Sent messages and no response. Other than the mosquitoes attacking us most likely bc if the recent storm our trip was perfect. Great house.

We found rotten food, which smelled the property. Used bandaids, used tooth floss sticks on the ground, dust and sand all over the floors. the TV remotes wouldnt work so we couldnt watch TV besides what was on when the tv was turned on. overall, very poor experience for the price.

Problems

We couldn’t sit downstairs first two days due to trash in barrels containing fish entails. I ended up loading in buggy and hauling to a dumper. Beds were all very uncomfortable and worn out with terrible sheets. Some cabinet doors were not attached with two hinges. Master bedroom sink drain was clogged and very slow draining. We had fun on beach with friends but will not book this location again

Nice layout, very uncomfortable beds

Previous guests mentioned that the beds were quite poor quality. Vacasa chose not to listen. I can attest that the beds are extremely cheap, very uncomfortable, thin, and very poor quality. You can't please everyone with a mattress but these are honestly extremely cheap. The house was nice, no other issues. We spent much of our time at the beach and cooked dinners at the house. You do have a view of the water between the houses and its a very quick walk/drive to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. I called to ask prior to our visit if the properly had a standard coffee maker or a kureg. It actually had both. We also asked if it had a grill, was told it does not, and it actually has a very very nice grill that we used several times. We loved the patio upstairs and ate all of our dinners sitting around the table outside. I highly recommend that they upgrade the beds in this house. We booked a different house for August based on the quality of the beds here. Had the beds been nicer, we would have stayed here again in a heartbeat!

We will book again!!

We enjoyed our stay and it fit my entire family very comfortably. We will definitely be booking again. The only negative thing I have to complain about is the rude neighbor but he left us alone and the mosquitoes. They somehow kept making their way inside.

Summer vacation

My family and I loved the location of this house. We liked being able to cook out and spend family time together. They did not provide chairs or any basic beach equipment so bring your own. We can’t wait to come back!
