Villa Simone is an over two centuries old but beautifully renovated Istrian stone villa just a short drive from Porec. It is completely walled to provide privacy and security for a luxurious vacation for couples or families with children.

The villa has a beautiful garden for relaxing surrounded by typical regional vegetation. The exterior offers a good sized pool and a terrace with barbecue and dining area for 8 people. You will truly enjoy your freshly prepared meals.

When you enter Villa Simone from the outdoor terrace on the first floor, you will find the rustic living room, a dining area, the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A cozy fireplace completes the atmosphere. The second floor has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two separate beds) and a shared bathroom. A furnished covered terrace invites you to relax and leads to another terrace just around the corner.

Both terraces are accessible from the garden via a few steps. On the second floor you will find two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with a shower.

This villa is located in a quiet, rural setting which makes it a perfect tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Yet, only a short drive away from Istria's tourist and historical centers. The four bedroom stone villa offers all ensuite bathrooms and private pool. It is ideal for couples or for family vacations.the stone residence, of 170 m2, has the capacity for 8 people. It is adapted in complete harmony with the landscape and traditional architecture. The villa was built two centuries ago with local stone and natural materials. From the verandas of the house you can enjoy the evenings, starry skies with magnificent sea views.
