“Check in process was very smooth. Communication with property management to assure the quality of the stay was appreciated. The property pictures accurately reflected the condition of the house which was clean and comfortable. The quiet neighborhood was a great place to unwind. Really enjoyed the deck overlooking the water. We were especially luck to view the Northern lights during our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers.”

“The unit was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are close to Boothbay Harbor but not in it. Ocean Point is a fantastic place to walk to really experience the Maine coast. The screen porch was a hit with the seating area and table where you could see Linekin Bay. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed with a gas grill outside. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Overall, very nice and quiet. This condo has plenty of bedrooms and baths. The master on the main floor has a king bed, but it is a very tight fit! A queen would fit better in this room. Also, not having any window coverings in the living areas was odd to us. ”

“The place is located in a quiet neighborhood next to water. The studio is well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. You may enjoy meals inside or outside. Nice hiking trails, general store, and restaurants are nearby. We had a very nice and relaxing stay. ”

“The condo unit was exactly as described and we found the property manager to be immediately responsive to our questions. The entire unit was beautifully decorated and the beds/furniture was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels/linens. The location is within walking distance of central Boothbay Harbor but in a secluded neighborhood that is very quiet. We enjoyed the “shoulder season” a few weeks before the tourists began to arrive, but found enough……

“My family spent one week in Boothbay Harbor for our first time to Maine. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this small coastal town. Nothing disappointed us. Karen was great to work with! The location of this property is so close to everything in Boothbay. The only negative to this property is that there is no A/C, but fans are provided.”

“My family of 5 had a lovely stay at this home in Boothbay Harbor. This home was roomy and had everything we needed. Location was great, walking to cute shops and restaurants. Only downside to location was noisy traffic at night and gas station lights outside. We had a great trip and would stay here again.”

“Well appointed condo on a golf course. Easy drive to the highway. It was a great interim rental until we could get in our new home. Had everything we needed. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this condo.”
