“We hadden een prima verblijf in dit huis! Het is rustig gelegen, een verademing na de drukte van de stad. Binnen is alles keurig onderhouden, buiten is het hier en daar wel wat rommeliger (zou netter kunnen). Maar zeker een fijne plek om als uitvalbasis te gebruiken tijdens een citytrip!”

“We stayed at La Cucina after Christmas. The villa is in a picturesque olive orchard and the grounds were lovely. Giuseppe was very flexible with our early check-in and showed us all the features in the house. We were lucky to have sunny weather, and we enjoyed the outdoor ping pong table. Traveling with children, we appreciated the washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the rooms warm and comfortable. “Our family visited beautiful Rome for our wedding in June 2024 and our stay at Villa Anton Silj was a major disappointment. Upon arrival, we found two out of three air conditioners broken with temperatures reaching 38°C. Three of the 20 beds were just living room sofas in a room without curtains. The houses and kitchenware were dirty, and we had to gather utilities from all three kitchens to cook a meal. We asked for breakfast at 20 euros per person, a total of 400 euros per breakfast for 20……

“This VRBO was extremely accommodating, a very cute rental, well outfitted and very friendly host's. It's a country atmosphere "quiet" with lovely views of the surrounding region. Just the right spot to relax during our many day trips exploring the surrounding sights. We spent a month in Italy and enjoyed the region around the "Cherry" so much we came back for a second week stay which we enjoy just as much as the first week. ”
